A natural barrel-aged apple liqueur. Naturally sweet, with a rich and varied complexion. Perfect to drink chilled or on the rocks. Easy to drink, once you start you won't be able to stop.

A port-style cider. An apple aperitif/digestive made from a blend of barrel-aged apple spirits (eau-de-vie) and unfermented and unfiltered apple cider. Pommeau naturally and exquisitely develops into a distinctive amber liquid over the course of several months of aging. Still retains a sweet flavor.

Characteristics: Deep golden color. Warm, rich and velvety. Aromas of honey and clove. Nutmeg, amaretto and sun-ripened plums.
