Orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Our warehouse is located in Chiba Prefecture. Shipments within the Kanto and Kansai regions are delivered the next day. Most other areas will be delivered second-day.
Shipments to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may require additional time for delivery.

During hot weather months, we automatically upgrade your shipments to temperature controlled cool delivery service with no additional charge in order to ensure the freshness of your products.
「PRO」 membership is a membership plan open to businesses only.
