A message from Leon Hill, founder of Organic Hill Wines:
We leverage our family's 100+ year history in the wine industry to grow and produce 100% organic, preservative-free premium wines for Australian wine lovers around the world.
My journey into organic wine began in 2009 when I realized I had a gluten allergy and needed to find gluten-free products. This prompted me to search and find many organic shops in and around Melbourne, many of which also sold organic wine. After much trial and error searching for a solution to my allergy, it became clear that I was also allergic to preservatives.
Looking back 10 years ago, the availability of wine, especially good organic wine, was very limited. After discovering the health benefits and improvements of switching to organic wine, I set up my organic wine business selling organic wines and products, as well as premium preservative-free and vegan wines.
Organic Hill has grown to be one of the highest quality and fastest growing premium organic wine brands in the country.
We believe that the wines we make here at Organic Hill Vineyards using traditional organic methods taste great and are good for you. No artificial pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. No artificial hormones, growth promoters, fish or animal products, GMOs or GMOs of any kind, and no harmful sulfur dioxide or related preservatives are added. In fact, there is nothing unnatural in our wines.
Our vineyards are rich in natural nutrients and teeming with the organisms that make the soil, vines and grapes naturally thrive. This is the natural basis for all our premium 100% organic wines.
