FURUSAWA DISTILLERY 「Motoko」Aged Rice Shochu
This 100% rice shochu is handmade using white koji and distilled once in a normal pressure still, which brings out a richer aroma and enables optimal aging.
The aging period is over 9 years, and it is done in ceramic jars and enamel tanks. By aging in ceramic, it becomes a rich, flavorful sake with a full-bodied rice aroma when drunk on the rocks or with hot water.
